How is cricket played?

👉 Cricket is played by two teams. Each team has 11 players in the team. Before starting of play, there is toss where match referee, host and two captains are present. Whoever wins the toss gets to decide whether to bat or ball first. After toss, the batting team's two players come to bat. From bowling side, all 11 players come to the field. Fielders are kept in respective positions and the bowler delivers the ball. The batsman have to hit the ball and run across the pitch to score runs. If the ball crosses the boundary, batsman and batting team is awarded with 4 or 6 runs. The match stops if it starts to rain.
